Per Erik Sørensen
Chairman
After close to two decades in senior positions in leading globally operating corporations, Per Erik is dedicating most of his time to board roles in the Nordic countries – both as chairman, committee and regular member. Most recently Per Erik was equity partner and executive board member in the leading risk management organization in the Nordics, Willis Towers Watson. Per Erik holds a master’s degree in business administration from Copenhagen Business School, where he also spent more than 10 years as associate professor.
Alice Leth Sørensen
Board Member
Alice has 13 years of experience in cybersecurity and comes from a previous position as Managing Director of Venzo Cyber Security, which she also co-founded in 2020. Before that, she was in charge of NNIT’s Global Security & SAP area. Throughout her cybersecurity career, Alice brings solid experience in leading and developing international teams and has worked with business and strategy development as well as digital transformation.
Kim G. Hansen
Board Member
Kim is founding partner and owner of Kim G. Hansen – IT Law and one of Denmark’s most experienced IT-lawyer specialists. As investor and a specialist, he is legal advisor to multinational, as well as startup, companies in the IT industry. His work is mostly focused on larger IT-projects and disputes, but comprises everything IT, including security and compliance. Kim holds two master’s degrees in law and a Ph.D. He has been teaching IT-law (part time) at the Danish universities and business schools since 1995 and is a common speaker at IT-law conferences in Denmark.
