Integrity constitutes the quality and professional pride we take in our work that is characterized by thoroughness and authenticity. We stay true to what we say with genuine interest and provide credible information for clients and candidates. We only work with companies/organisations, who show the same level of respect and commitment to people. When representing our clients, we are authentic in what we do and what we say supporting their values. For this reason, we do not represent companies/organisations, whose business is based on unethical services or products.
Client off limits
Clients’ employees will not be considered as candidates for hiring projects within a given timeframe from the active search.
Confidentiality is central in our role as trusted advisors. We represent both our client’s and our candidates’ best interest and ensure discretion throughout the hiring process. We ensure that all disclosed information is agreed upon with clients and candidates.
